Payment Policy

 

Permanent Makeup of Salt Lake City accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, or payments made by Venmo.  No checks or money orders.

All appointments require a non-refundable $150 deposit to book your appointment.  This deposit goes toward your investment and secures your appointment time.  Please review our cancellation policy below prior to booking.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Your appointments are very important to us, and it is reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.  Please understand that when you forget to reschedule your appointment without giving the required notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.  Appointment reminder emails and texts are sent out 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked so far in advance.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, any appointment not rescheduled with a 48 hour notice will forfeit their deposit.

• Cancellations made prior to the 48hrs before their appointment will be able to apply their deposit to their rescheduled appointment date.  Rescheduled appointments must be made within 6 months of the initial appointment date or the deposit will be forfeited. 

• Less than a 48hr notice will result in forfeiting your deposit.  

• Less than a 48hr notice to cancel or reschedule your 6-12 week touch up appointment will result in a fee of $50 that must be paid in order to reschedule your touchup appointment. 

• If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule, and you will forfeit your deposit.  We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service.  All our clients receive extensive consultations and very detailed, precise work.  As a result, we will not rush your appointment or others.

Touch-up Policy
 

It is your responsibility to make sure you schedule your touchup within the accepted time frame. Initial touch-ups scheduled after the initial 12 weeks or any additional touch-ups, if needed, up to 12 months after the initial session will be $250.00 per session. If it's been over a year you would fall into the 1-3 year touchup, prices are listed above.
